Who is responsible

TAVLABS LTD (company 17538714, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: support@tavlabs.uk.

What we collect and why

• When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and the product bought. Stripe collects your card details directly; we never see your full card number. We use this to take payment, deliver the download, send your receipt, handle refunds and keep the accounting records the law requires. Legal bases: performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations.
• When you email us: your email address and what you write, to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying.

We don't ask for any information about your children or your health, and our PDFs don't collect anything: what you write in them stays with you. This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics.

Who we share it with

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (payments), our email provider Zoho (support email), and our hosting provider Vercel (which serves this website and keeps short technical logs). Some of these providers process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required for company accounts. Support emails: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

Discretion

Card statements and receipts show a neutral description, not the name of the guide you bought.
